Surgeries in patients with coagulation disorders, such as hemophilia and thrombocytopathies, present a high risk of hemorrhagic complications. This study aims to identify effective strategies to minimize these risks during surgery, highlighting preventive measures, specific surgical techniques and post-operative care. The methodology is a bibliographic review of practices in the management of hemorrhagic complications, from preoperative evaluation with coagulation tests to the use of hemostatic agents and minimally invasive techniques. Collaboration between surgeons and hematologists is crucial to optimize treatment and adjust anticoagulant therapy, ensuring the safety and efficacy of the procedure.
